Mexico
Our Commitment to Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our
employees. To accomplish this, and to comply with the Mexican
Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Possessed by Private
Persons (the "Federal Data Protection Law"), we present the
following Privacy Notice. This Notice supplements our other
privacy policies, including our Privacy Policy and Online Privacy
Policy.
TeleTech Location
This Privacy Notice is given on behalf of Servicios y
Administraciones del Bajio, S. de R.L. de C.V., Servicios SSI
Integrales, S. De R.L. De C.V. and TeleTech Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively,
"TeleTech"). These entities are domiciled at Plaza de la
Republica No. 43, Colonia Tabacalera, Codigo Postal 06030,
Delegacion Cuauhtemoc, Mexico, D.F.
Scope of this Notice
This Privacy Notice applies to personal information (called
personal data and, if applicable, sensitive personal data in the
Federal Data Protection Law), collected from people located in
Mexico by TeleTech when TeleTech is acting as a "Data
Controller." TeleTech acts as a Data Controller when it is in
charge of determining how to process the personal
information. For example, TeleTech is a Data Controller when
it gathers personal information from job applicants or employees in
order to process job applications or manage employment
relationships.
The personal information that you provide to us will be treated
according to the provisions set out in this Notice.
The Purpose of Collecting Personal
Information
We gather personal information in order to manage our employee
relationships. For example, this can include collecting
personal information from job applicants in order to make hiring
decisions, information collected to evaluate employee performance
and make employment decisions and information necessary to provide
various employee benefits and to pay employee salaries. This
data may include information such as the applicant's or employee's
full name, address, date of birth, email address, gender, telephone
number, government identification number, bank account details for
making payments, past work experience, performance metrics drawn
from the telephone switch, recordings of employee's voice while
servicing clients for quality control, employee schedules, employee
reviews, information necessary to provide benefits such as names of
spouses and dependants and any other types of information necessary
to manage an employment relationship.
Treatment of Personal Information
The personal information we gather will be treated
confidentially. We and our affiliates and business partners
will only use your personal information for the purpose it is
gathered, unless you consent otherwise or as required by law.
Use of Sensitive Information
Sensitive information is that information that pertains to a
person's most intimate sphere, or the misuse of which could lead to
discrimination or cause a serious risk to the person.
Specifically, personal information is considered to be sensitive if
it reveals issues such as racial or ethnic origin, current or
future health status, genetic information, religious philosophical
and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual
preference. TeleTech only collects such information as
necessary for the specific purpose of providing wages and benefits
to its employees.
With Whom We Share Your Information
Unless we have your permission, or as required by law, we only
share personal information you provide to us with TeleTech
affiliates and business partners that are acting on our
behalf. Unless otherwise required by law, only TeleTech
affiliates and business partners acting on TeleTech's behalf will
process your personal information.
While TeleTech reserves the right to disclose personal
information to the extent allowed by law, we make every reasonable
effort to ensure that TeleTech affiliates and business partners
protect your personal information consistent with this Notice and
applicable law.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the personal information we collect.
Please be advised, however, that because we do not control
public or third party networks through which you may send us your
personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of those
transmissions.
Ability to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal
Information
At any time, you may limit the use or disclosure of the personal
information provided to TeleTech. Direct any such requests by

Englewood, CO 80112. We will respond to any such
written request in writing to the address or email provided in your
written request.
Exercise of Access, Correction, Cancellation and
Opposition Rights
As established in the Federal Data Protection Law, you have the
right to access the personal information you provide to us, have
any inaccuracies in this data corrected, and to cancel or oppose
the use of your personal information for a legitimate reason.
You may do so by delivering an email request addressed to "privacy@teletech.com" or in
writing to TeleTech Legal Department, 9197 S. Peoria St.,
Englewood, CO 80112.
Please note that our processing of your personal information may
be required to manage the employment process. Requesting
limitation of such processing may make it impossible for us to
evaluate your application or retain you as an employee.
Consent
Anytime you submit personal information to us, your information
is used for that purpose only, unless you consent otherwise or as
required by law. By submitting your personal information to us, you
consent that we may collect, use and disclose your personal
information as described in this Notice. When you submit
personal information to us, you understand and agree that this
information may be transferred across national boundaries and may
be stored and processed in another country, which may not provide
privacy protections similar to those your country provides.
The information may also be transferred to companies affiliated
with or doing business on behalf of TeleTech.
If you do not agree that your information can be transferred
across national boundaries and among our affiliated companies and
business partners, do not provide us your personal information or
communicate with us as set forth in this Notice. By providing
your information to TeleTech, you are consenting to TeleTech, or an
affiliate or business partner of TeleTech, to process the
information for the purpose it was submitted, and that it may be
transferred across national boundaries for processing.
Your consent to the processing of your personal information may
be revoked at any time by sending an email request addressed to "privacy@teletech.com" or in
writing to TeleTech Legal Department, 9197 S. Peoria St.,
Englewood, CO 80112.
Please note that revoking such consent may make it impossible
for us to evaluate your application or retain you as an
employee.
Modifications to this Privacy Notice
TeleTech may update this Privacy Notice at any time. Any
updates to this Notice will be reflected on the version posted on
our internet and intranet pages. Due to the foregoing, we
suggest that you periodically visit the Policy Notice located at www.teletech.com/site/privacy for
information of any updates.
