TeleTech to Host Seventh Annual "Spirit of the Season" Holiday Party

More than 560 Students and their Families from McGlone Elementary will Receive a Special Holiday Dinner, Gifts and a Visit from Santa

Denver, Colo., December 5, 2011 -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest global providers of customer experience management services and technology, and the TeleTech Community Foundation have opted-out of the traditional corporate holiday party in order to create a joyous holiday gala for community members in need via its Spirit of the Season event. This year, TeleTech will host Denver Public School's McGlone Elementary, in the Montebello community of Denver, on Monday, December 5th at 6 p.m.

More than 1,500 members of the McGlone community, including elementary students and their families, will attend the evening celebration and holiday meal held on school grounds. Hundreds of TeleTech employees and their families volunteer more than 2,000 hours to make the event a success. The evening will include a family meal, pictures with Santa, face painting, cupcake decorating, games and gifts for every student, sibling and family.

"McGlone was selected largely because of their vision for 21st century learning and dedication to student success despite the language and economic challenges," stated Emily Eikelberner, executive director of the TeleTech Community Foundation. "We believe McGlone has created a model for successful educational reform for schools across the country and we are proud to support their tremendous efforts."

Working with the Denver Public Schools Foundation, the TeleTech Foundation chose McGlone Elementary; a 560-student school near Peoria and Interstate 70. Nearly 80 percent of the students are native Spanish speakers. In addition, 98 percent of the students' families are considered economically disadvantaged which qualifies these students for free/reduced lunch through federal meal benefits.

The Spirit of the Season event is designed to recognize the school's significant efforts. In addition to the party, the TeleTech Community Foundation will be donating nine Promethean boards, commonly known as interactive white boards, to promote 21st century learning strategies in McGlone classrooms through an interactive learning environment.
