Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, TeleTech will enable this leading energy services retailer to migrate from a legacy premise-based infrastructure to a modern cloud-based Hosted Technology delivery capability. This state-of-the-art deployment involves hosting the entire network infrastructure and software applications required by their front- and back-office employees.
