Leaders Honored for Developing Advanced Cloud Architecture

its executives were named the 2010 Cloud Architects of the Year by Oracle.
This award recognizes the individual or group who has demonstrated
knowledge and understanding of Oracle's technologies by designing or
implementing a public or private cloud architecture that provides
immediate, measurable benefits in an enterprise deployment.
Theresa Enebo, TeleTech's vice president of enterprise applications and
development, and Aaron Seabaugh, TeleTech's director of IT client
solutions, led an internal development team to create the technology
infrastructure that supports the company's cloud platform. The creative
implementation of Oracle's products has reduced the time required to set
up new clients or projects from a few days to a few minutes.
