Company Hired 4,231 Temporary Customer Support

data regarding the number of employees hired to support the Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) during the digital television
transition across the country.
TeleTech Government Solutions followed the specific government
guidelines and accurately reported that it hired 4,231 temporary
associates during the second and third quarters of 2009 to provide
customer support for the FCC program. On October 19, 2009, the
Company subsequently also reported that the 4,231 temporary
employees translated to the equivalent of 635 full time employees
based on the formula listed on the FederalReporting.gov
website.
