Mexico-Based Program Offers Hispanic Technical Support and Services

agreement with a Global 500 telecommunications company to provide
technical support and customer management to U.S.-based consumers
from Mexico.
Under the terms of the new agreement, TeleTech will provide technical
support and services for the client's video, high-speed data, and
telephony offerings. TeleTech will offer Tier I technical support for
Spanish-speaking consumers using global best practices developed from
sites around the world.
