that it has signed a multiyear agreement with a current broadband
communications client. The client has significantly expanded its strategic
agreement with TeleTech to provide complex repair support for its new
telephony offering.
The client, a Fortune 500 communications services provider, first began
working with TeleTech in December 2002 and the business has continued to grow
since that time. Under the expanded agreement, TeleTech will provide complex
technical support for the client's new telephony offering. Support will
include repair troubleshooting, inbound inquiries, and service and
installation booking. TeleTech currently provides multilingual front- and
back-office services for the client's high-speed data customers.
