New Program Offers Complex Technical Support to U.S.-Based Consumers

that it has signed an agreement with a large computer hardware, software, and
peripherals company to provide Tier I and Tier II technical support to
U.S.-based customers.
The client, a Fortune 50 technology products company, first began working
with TeleTech in 1998, and the relationship has continued to grow since that
time. The new agreement is valued at more than $20 million and increases the
number of BPO workstations currently supported by TeleTech. TeleTech will
continue its current multilingual technical support for English- and
Spanish-speaking consumers using its global best practices across multiple
near-shore and offshore sites.
