TeleTech Expands Agreement With Top U.S. Cable Provider

New Multishore Strategy to Support English and Hispanic Business

Under the terms of the agreement, TeleTech will provide customer management, technical support, and value-added sales programs in English and Spanish. Currently, TeleTech provides customer management and technical support in English for this client in North America. The expanded work in Argentina represents a shift in business strategy for the client, one that targets its multicultural customer base from appropriate locations in Latin America.
