TeleTech Names Rod Edwards President and General Manager of Its European Operations

DENVER, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC), a leading global provider of customer management solutions, today announced that Rod Edwards has been named President and General Manager of its European Operations.

Edwards joins TeleTech from Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where most recently he was Vice President of Strategic Sales. In this role, he was responsible for major sales pursuits across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). His particular focus was in winning large outsourcing agreements in the business processing and information technology areas across targeted industries including banking, communications, government, manufacturing and retail.

Previously, Edwards was responsible for EDS' Business Process Management organization in two major regions across Europe, providing a wide range of business process solutions from customer management through back office administrative management for numerous clients in various industries. He was also responsible for negotiating and managing one of EDS' largest back office administration agreements, with a 10-year total contract value in excess of $500 million.

As President and General Manager of Europe, Edwards is responsible for managing the business performance and growth of TeleTech operations throughout Europe. Since 1996, TeleTech Europe has grown to 10 customer management centers with over 3,500 customer management professionals serving more than 30 clients located in over 10 countries.
