announced an agreement with Jaguar North America to participate in the pilot
of Newgen's recently launched Co-Source Reservations tool. The pilot is
anticipated to run for six months and is expected to improve customer
satisfaction for participating Jaguar dealerships.
Operating on a user-friendly, PC-based platform, Co-Source Reservations
allows both Newgen and the Jaguar dealership to schedule vehicle service
appointments to maximize utilization of the dealership's service operations.
By working in conjunction with Newgen representatives, the dealership is able
to manage the reservation process more efficiently, and ensure all customers
receive professional and timely support.
As a result, dealership service personnel are able to spend more time with
their customers, resulting in increased first-time diagnosis, superior vehicle
service and improved customer satisfaction.
