TeleTech Names Frank Auer Chief Information Officer

DENVER, May 21, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC), a leading global provider of customer management solutions, today announced that Frank Auer has been named Chief Information Officer.

Mr. Auer, age 53, comes to TeleTech from Galileo International, a leading provider of travel related services to over 100 countries. As Vice President of Systems and Operations, Mr. Auer was responsible for global operations and service delivery, including technology hosting services, infrastructure solutions, customer service centers, and data center operations.

While at Galileo, Mr. Auer was also instrumental in the design, launch, and ongoing oversight of Galileo's centralized reservation architecture for operations in more than 100 countries. Prior to Galileo, Mr. Auer held numerous technology and management positions in the software, banking, and airline industries.
