TeleTech Brazil Awarded Multi-Year Agreement With Unilever

DENVER, Aug 20, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC), a leading global provider of customer management solutions, today announced that TeleTech Brazil has been awarded a multi-year agreement with the Home and Personal Care division of Unilever, a worldwide leader in diversified consumer products with a presence in one hundred fifty countries.

Under terms of the agreement, TeleTech Brazil will provide a variety of customer services for Unilever's customers in Brazil via telephone, email, or letter, including offering product information and support, registering complaints, performing case follow up work, and compiling customer suggestions. The program will operate from TeleTech's state-of-the-art customer management center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Home and Personal Care division is a leader in the diverse market segments of laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioners, deodorants, and soaps, and includes such well-known Latin American brands as Comfort, Dove and Lux Soaps, SUN washing machine products, and the Close-up Oral Care line.
