leading global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) services and
solutions, today announced that it has renewed a multi-year agreement with
Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Europe to provide inbound sales and post sales
services.
Under terms of the agreement, TeleTech will provide online direct sales of
HP products to small and medium enterprises, literature fulfillment and sales
leads for the HP reseller channels and post sales support for logistics
inquiries.
In addition, TeleTech will continue to provide Customer Care Reception
services to HP's customers requiring help desk services. Customer Care
Reception provides initial customer contact for all HP customers in the United
Kingdom and Ireland, filtering calls based on customer request to the correct
destination with minimal troubleshooting.
TeleTech will also continue to provide Telephone Account Management
activities on behalf of HP in eleven European countries supporting over
2,000 resellers.
