TeleTech Names William M. Walker President And General Manager of Its European Operations

DENVER, June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC), a leading global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) services and solutions, today announced that William M. Walker has been named President and General Manager of its European Operations.

Walker, age 34, joined TeleTech in 1998 as Vice President of Latin America Operations, a position he held for over two years before being named Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development in late 2000. In his new role, Walker will oversee TeleTech's growing European operations.

Prior to joining TeleTech, Walker held positions with international private equity, consulting and business management companies, including Newbridge Latin America, Morgan Stanley and Co., and ALTA airlines. At Newbridge, Walker focused on private equity buy-outs in Latin America in the aviation, consumer products, and utilities industries. At Morgan Stanley and Co., Walker was a member of the Latin America Corporate Finance Group. For ALTA, a regional airline based in Argentina, Walker served as general manager of the airline's start-up. Walker holds an undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University and a Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
