TeleTech Names Margot O'Dell to Worldwide Executive Leadership Team

DENVER, Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTEC), the leading global provider of eCommerce-enabling customer management solutions, today announced the appointment of Margot M. O'Dell to the TeleTech Executive Leadership Team. O'Dell will be TeleTech's executive vice president of human resources and, starting in January 2001, she will also become TeleTech's chief financial officer.

Michael E. Foss is currently TeleTech's CFO and president, TeleTech Companies Group, as well as acting SVP, Human Resources. Foss will remain CFO until January 2001, when O'Dell will assume the position. At that time, Foss will continue his role as president of TeleTech Companies Group and focus his efforts on TeleTech's technology-oriented subsidiaries and strategic relationships. This includes TeleTech's Insource Solutions(TM) business unit, the Ford-TeleTech joint venture, Percepta, and two subsidiaries, Digital Creators, an electronic intelligence delivery provider, and Pamet River, a strategic marketing firm.

O'Dell comes to TeleTech with more than 14 years of human resources and finance experience. She will oversee TeleTech's human resources organization, as well as the company's finance, treasury, real estate and purchasing activities.

Currently, she is senior vice president of finance, Global Network Operations at Qwest, formerly U S WEST. In this position, O'Dell provided financial leadership for a multi-billion dollar business unit that was responsible for a variety of telephony and corporate functions including: technology, real estate, procurement, fleet operations, customer care centers and field installations.

O'Dell has also served in the role of vice president of human resources, employee and retiree services at U S WEST, and as executive director of corporate benefits. In these roles, O'Dell managed all employee benefits, human resource systems and communication programs.

O'Dell holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. During her years at CU, she earned several academic awards and graduated as valedictorian of the School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado. O'Dell is Chair of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts, an organization that fosters business-arts partnerships in the state.
