infrastructure services, today announced a sales and marketing alliance with
Ingram Micro Inc.'s (NYSE:
IM) IM-Logistics division in the U.S. The alliance
enables each company to provide their customers with end-to-end CRM and
logistics solutions. Customers in the telecommunications and commercial
high-tech markets can especially benefit from the alliance. IM-Logistics is a
U.S. division of Ingram Micro offering end-to-end logistics services to
manufacturers, e-tailers and brick-and-mortar retailers selling online.
Under the terms of the agreement, IM-Logistics will leverage TeleTech's
software platform and customer interaction management solutions to provide its
thousands of customers with 24-hour worldwide support and marketing
capabilities. This will be delivered in a variety of ways including
telephone, email, fax, co-browse and other Internet-based contact. TeleTech
customers can benefit from IM-Logistics services such as supply-chain and
warehouse management, order fulfillment, transportation, warehouse and credit
management. TeleTech could also expand its market share by leveraging
IM-Logistics significant client base.
