and ASP services, today announced the appointment of Frank Smith to vice
president of operations. Smith is responsible for enhansiv's internal
technology management and deployment, including the development of
technologies that fit into enhansiv's remote-hosted business model.
Smith has more than 15 years experience in information technology. Most
recently, Smith was vice president of technology with Ticketmaster/USAi, the
premier ticketing company in the world. While in that role, Smith was a
design chief for its enterprise-wide eCRM platform integration.
