Robert M. Tarola was elected to the board of directors of
TeleTech on August 1, 2008. Mr. Tarola is president of Right
Advisory LLC, a private consulting firm, and a member of the boards
of directors of the Legg Mason Mutual Funds and the American Kidney
Fund. Previously he served as senior vice president and chief
financial officer of W. R. Grace & Co. from 1999 to 2008. Prior
to joining W. R. Grace, Mr. Tarola served as senior vice president
and chief financial officer of MedStar Health, Inc. from 1996 to
1999 and as a Partner with Price Waterhouse LLP from 1984 to 1996,
where he was a regional managing partner for the media and
communications practice group.
