Community Foundation: Request a Grant

For employees

The TeleTech Community Foundation (TTCF) is employee-driven, meaning any TeleTech employee can sponsor a nonprofit organization focused on education in their community. Our employees can begin the grant request process by following the simple steps outlined in the Giving Back space of the company’s intranet site.

For organizations

If you are working with one of our employees to submit a grant request, please complete our short eligibility quiz and online grant request form in English or Portuguese.

Response timeline

Each quarter, TTCF’s Board of Directors meets to review all grant request submissions. Accordingly, a member of TTCF staff will respond to all grant requests based on the following timelines:
