Richard Bledsoe has a 30-year track record in executive
leadership positions with extensive business process outsourcing experience. As
TeleTech's executive vice president of international business
development, Bledsoe leads TeleTech's international sales team,
building strong client relationships and selling the complete
customer life cycle product offering of technology, analytics,
consulting, revenue generation and customer management
services.
Prior to joining TeleTech, Bledsoe served as the chief operating
officer for PeopleSupport, senior vice president SOURCECORP
Business Process Solutions, vice president of international
operations at Affiliated Computer Services, and president of Alamo
Europe. His career has covered functional area responsibility
for technology, operations, facilities, business development and
process reengineering.
Bledsoe holds a bachelor of science degree in Mass
Communications from the University of Utah.
