As executive vice president of global human capital, Mike Jossi

With more than 20 years of business experience in training and
development, Jossi has been a driving force behind the company's
comprehensive global human capital platform,
which allows us to deliver a highly skilled, motivated, and
scalable workforce that aligns with our business process
outsourcing (BPO) clients' objectives.
Jossi joined TeleTech in January 2005. Prior to that, he led
organizations that have provided products and services to companies
such as Microsoft, SkillSoft, Deloitte, United Rentals, and several
Fortune 500 companies. As CEO of Active Education, he was awarded
the Deloitte Fast 50 Award for leading one of the fastest growing
companies in Colorado for five consecutive years.
Throughout his career, Jossi has excelled as an innovative
strategist, demonstrating his ability to create, manage, and lead
senior teams who execute the corporate vision.
Jossi holds a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Arizona
State University.
