Kenneth D. Tuchman is a pioneer in modern business process outsourcing practices. He founded TeleTech in 1982 and has built the company into a leading authority on complex relationship management.

TeleTech was the first firm to depart from the traditional model of the teleservices industry to focus on the more expansive concept of strategy and execution across the entire customer life cycle.

Tuchman's unique understanding and perspective on the importance of the customer as a strategic asset fuels TeleTech's culture of innovation and commitment to excellence. Ultimately, this revolutionizes the industry through the development of progressive front- to back-office products and services that truly maximize customer interactions.

Tuchman is TeleTech's chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer.  Today, TeleTech is a leading global provider of relationship life cycle and business process services, and continues as the foremost innovator in the business process outsourcing industry.

James Barlett was elected as TeleTech's vice chairman in October 2001. In this role, Barlett is actively involved in facilitating strong relationships with new clients and building strategic alliances with key partners.

Barlett works directly with the company's four regional general managers in North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. Additionally, Barlett has oversight of the company's subsidiaries which include Percepta, TeleTech's joint venture with Ford Motor Company; TeleTech Loan Services, the company's mortgage origination and fulfillment group, and Revana™, a wholly-owned company offering sales and marketing solutions.

Previously, Barlett served as the chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Galileo International, where he acquired the online travel provider, Trip.com. Prior to joining Galileo, Barlett served as executive vice president of Worldwide Operations and Systems for MasterCard International Corporation, overseeing its global program for innovative technology replacement.

Before MasterCard, Barlett was executive vice president of operations for NBD Bancorp, where he managed the redevelopment of core banking systems. He also served as vice chairman of Cirrus, Inc., directing the development, implementation, and operation of the Cirrus International automated teller switching system.

Barlett holds a bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Akron.

Richard Bledsoe has a 30-year track record in executive leadership positions with extensive business process outsourcing experience. As TeleTech's executive vice president of international business development, Bledsoe leads TeleTech's international sales team, building strong client relationships and selling the complete customer life cycle product offering of technology, analytics, consulting, revenue generation and customer management services.

Prior to joining TeleTech, Bledsoe served as the chief operating officer for PeopleSupport, senior vice president SOURCECORP Business Process Solutions, vice president of international operations at Affiliated Computer Services, and president of Alamo Europe.  His career has covered functional area responsibility for technology, operations, facilities, business development and process reengineering.

Bledsoe holds a bachelor of science degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah.  

As senior vice president of corporate development, Raj Dani drives TeleTech's worldwide growth and acquisition initiatives. He is a leader in sourcing, negotiating, and executing corporate transactions that support strategic priorities to differentiate TeleTech in a competitive landscape.

Before joining TeleTech, Dani served in senior corporate development, strategy, and finance roles with Flextronics International and Jabil Circuit, Inc., two global leaders in the outsourced contract manufacturing and services sector. During Dani's tenure, both Flextronics International and Jabil Circuit experienced significant growth through acquisitions and alliances. Dani has extensive global transaction experience, including international assignments in Switzerland and Italy. In addition, he has negotiated several joint ventures and strategic alliances in virtually all emerging geographies.

Dani began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse and gained experience in mergers and acquisitions with the firm's Transaction Services Group in New York and Switzerland. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Emory University and a master's degree in accountancy from the University of Florida.

As TeleTech's chief operations officer, Martin DeGhetto focuses on streamlining and optimizing TeleTech's global operations in order to enhance the services TeleTech provides to its clients.

DeGhetto joined TeleTech as an Executive Vice President of Operations in March 2010 and assumed the responsibilities over the company's information technology operations in February 2012. On August 21, 2012, TeleTech announced that DeGhetto was appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer.

From 2008 to 2010, DeGhetto served as executive vice president for the Commercial Division at Connextions, Inc., a privately-held technology and business services provider to the health care industry, where he was responsible for client satisfaction, profitability, and growth for their commercial clients. From 1999 to 2008, DeGhetto was employed at Convergys Corporation, a customer management company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. While at Convergys, DeGhetto held the positions of senior vice president, North American/European Operations from 2003 to 2008, where he was primarily responsible for the company's United States, Canada and Europe operations, and vice president, technical support services from 1999 to 2003. From 1996 to 1999, DeGhetto was vice president, International Customer Service with American Express Company, a global services company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for improving productivity, quality and costs for all international contact centers. Prior to joining American Express, DeGhetto was with AT&T/American Transtech from 1977 to 1996 where he held several operational and information technology leadership positions, including leading the Employee Benefit Services business unit.

DeGhetto holds a bachelor of science degree in Management from Southeastern University.

In the 24/7 multichannel world where the customer experience defines the brand, TeleTech's chief marketing officer, Mark Grindeland, brings a rare combination of creative, analytical, and operational skills. In his role, Grindeland oversees branding, corporate and marketing strategy, product development, and marketing communications.

For almost 25 years, Grindeland has been the "go to" advisor for many of world's leading consumer brands. When there was an innovative new product to launch, a fragmented market to penetrate, or a customer behavior to understand and change, Grindeland was tapped to create the business case, design the creative strategy, and build the team to deliver the results.

Grindeland is a member of the Colorado Innovation Network (COIN), consisting of industry and academic leaders chosen by Governor John Hickenlooper from across the state of Colorado. COIN’s purpose is to guide strategy and planning to establish Colorado as a leader in innovation across the nation. In addition, he is a guest lecturer at the DU business school and is spearheading a partnership with TeleTech for the school. In 2013, Grindeland was honored by the Business Marketing Association of Colorado as “Marketer of the Year.”

Prior to joining TeleTech, Grindeland served as chairman and co-founder of ShesConnected Multimedia Corporation, the first multi-profile social networking site for women. In previous years, he held executive-level positions with Live Wire Mobile, Wunderman, Digitas, and Exchange Partners. He also co-founded and served as executive vice president of marketing for m-Qube Incorporated, a premier provider of mobile messaging and data solutions, based in Boston, Massachusetts. Mark holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Denver.

In April 2007, Judi Hand was appointed President and General Manager of Revana™, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. Since then, she has assumed additional responsibility as Chief Sales Officer for TeleTech. She leads TeleTech's global sales effort for new client acquisition and business expansion with existing clients.

Hand has more than 20 years of experience in sales, service, and marketing to business and consumer customers at all levels. Her previous executive experience includes Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales with AT&T, Vice President of AT&T Business Services for small and mid-sized markets, Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Care at Qwest for small business and consumer markets, Chief Marketing Officer for US WEST Dex and Executive Director of Solutions Marketing and Director of Market Strategy Development for US WEST.

Hand earned her MBA from Stanford University and a BSBA in communications and marketing from the University of Nebraska.

As executive vice president of global human capital, Mike Jossi leads a global organization that employs innovative, world-class technologies, processes, and programs to recruit, hire, develop, reward, and retain the human capital that powers TeleTech's success.

With more than 20 years of business experience in training and development, Jossi has been a driving force behind the company's comprehensive global human capital platform, which allows us to deliver a highly skilled, motivated, and scalable workforce that aligns with our business process outsourcing (BPO) clients' objectives.

Jossi joined TeleTech in January 2005. Prior to that, he led organizations that have provided products and services to companies such as Microsoft, SkillSoft, Deloitte, United Rentals, and several Fortune 500 companies. As CEO of Active Education, he was awarded the Deloitte Fast 50 Award for leading one of the fastest growing companies in Colorado for five consecutive years.

Throughout his career, Jossi has excelled as an innovative strategist, demonstrating his ability to create, manage, and lead senior teams who execute the corporate vision.

Jossi holds a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.

As TeleTech's chief financial officer (CFO), chief administrative officer, and executive vice president, Regina Paolillo is a valuable member of TeleTech's executive team. Paolillo leads TeleTech's finance, treasury and accounting functions as well as the mergers and acquisitions team, and is a key driver of strategic initiatives. Paolillo previously served in numerous executive leadership roles and has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as operational business transformation.

Prior to joining TeleTech, Paolillo was the CFO and EVP for Enterprise Services for the TriZetto Group, Inc., a privately held company providing technology-enabled solutions to the healthcare industry. She has also held CEO, CFO and other executive leadership positions at General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm. At Creditek she served as CFO, COO and ultimately CEO. After Creditek was acquired by Genpact (NYSE: G), a global business process and technology management company, Paolillo became the executive vice president of Revenue Cycle and the Mortgage Services Division. She spent nearly 10 years and attained the roles of CFO and EVP of Corporate Services at Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT), an information technology research and advisory company.

Paolillo began her career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse. She is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of New Haven.

As executive vice president of TeleTech and president of Customer Strategy and Technology Services, Brian A. Shepherd is responsible for leading and growing TeleTech’s worldwide Customer Strategy Services (CSS) and Customer Technology Services (CTS) business segments. He plays a critical role in driving continued innovation in the technology and business processes required to design and deliver superior services for customers. Shepherd joined TeleTech in February 2013 to help accelerate business growth as a member of the executive committee. 

Prior to TeleTech, he served as executive vice president and group president of Amdocs where he held a variety of senior management positions, most recently as group president of the Broadband Cable and Satellite Division, Global Marketing, and Corporate Development.  Shepherd also served as president of Amdocs Interactive and division president, North American Communications & Cable Division.  He joined Amdocs in 2005 as part of the acquisition of DST Innovis, where he was senior vice president of Customer Business Operations since 2002. Earlier in his career, Shepherd served as an executive officer with SoDeog Technologies, a wireless software company, and as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company. 

Shepherd earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wabash College.
