Thomas joined TeleTech 11 years ago as a front-line associate in Belfast. He quickly rose through the ranks and for the last six years has been a Vice President for global operations. In this role, he is responsible for global accounts across the UK, Eastern Europe, Mexico, Philippines, Africa, and North America. Thomas recently relocated to Montreal to lead the Canada operations.
Tom leads our regional operations, and brings a wealth of industry and executive leadership experience to the team. In Tom's most recent role at Sykes Canada as President and Senior VP of Global Communications, he led the Telecom Vertical in North American and supported such organizations as Rogers, Bell Canada, Verizon, AT&T and CenturyLink.
From 1998 to 2009, he held various senior level positions at TeleTech, including acting as the leader of Percepta, a TeleTech Joint Venture. In that role, he was responsible for over 3,000 employees located across the world. Then Tom moved on to found Atelka, a customer service provider headquartered in Canada, which was acquired by TeleTech in 2016.
Tom is a Graduate of Ryerson University and the Queen's Business Program. He is also actively involved in the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and in the Centennial College Business School.
Elizabeth has been with the company since 2011. She has over 25 years of experience in customer service in the telecommunications industry. Elizabeth is responsible for operations, driving revenues, and reducing costs.
Previously, Elizabeth was Vice President, Customer Service at Bell Canada, where she oversaw 3,000 associates, serving 5 LOBs, in 10 contact centers across Quebec and Ontario. She also held various executive positions at BCE, notably as President of Bell Conferia; Vice- President, Sales and Marketing of Bell Zinc; and Vice-President, Human Resources for Yellow Pages Group.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics. She also successfully completed various programs at Harvard and Queens Universities, as well as the International Women’s Forum.
Jason has over 22 years of industry experience, and has accumulated an extensive knowledgebase of a myriad of products and services within the insurance, banking, credit, wireline, wireless, energy and consumer sectors. Jason has worked for Telus International, Voxdata, and S&P Data.
Analytic, intuitive, adaptive and a business professional, Jason offers the entrepreneurial resilience and wisdom to help influence and drive corporate profitability, galvanize employees to achieve peak performance, and nurture existing business relationships modeled on respect, transparency, and trust.
Jason is responsible for helping the company optimize its efforts in the workforce planning, sourcing and recruiting, and corporate project management. He is known for root cause analysis, driving clarity within complex matters, while building consensus and instilling ownership and pride to engage successful performance driven teams.
Jason holds a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry and is a Six Sigma green belt.
Martin joined the company in 2011, and is responsible for information technology (IT) and security.
Martin has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, and is currently responsible for the implementation, support, and security of our technology systems in the Canadian market. He has developed a strong expertise in IT service and support as well as project delivery.
Martin has held management and technical positions in IT services, for companies of all sizes. He has worked in a number of industries, including aviation, banking, and contact centers.
Rafika has been with the company since 2013. She has more than 20 years of management experience, including managing contact center operations in the telecommunications industry.
Rafika strongly believes that when people harness their strengths and lead from a position of excellence and authenticity, they can have a profound impact on others – both personally and professionally. Her vast experience as a change agent in fast-paced environments has allowed her to develop strong leadership skills and a practical approach to delivering results.
Rafika holds a Masters of Arts and an MBA, and is a Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
