Our customer experience centre in New Zealand is based in Auckland. The city is headquarters to a number of the country’s leading communication, media, financial services, government, and healthcare insurance providers. In addition, it boasts the largest and most populous urban area in New Zealand, and is home to approximately one-third of the country’s population. Altogether, Auckland’s inhabitants represent 175 different ethnic groups, making it one of the most ethnically diverse cities in all of New Zealand.

Our facility in Auckland has decades of experience helping our clients create lasting and profitable relationships with their customers. The centre began operations in 1996, and is both an onshore option for companies headquartered in New Zealand, and a nearshore option for Australian companies. The centre calls upon the region’s diverse industry and cultural background to help its clients exceed their greatest – and most complex – customer experience goals. The centre’s highly professional and well-trained staff specialises in inbound customer service and sales, outbound customer acquisition, retention and loyalty, technology support, and back-office processing.
