TeleTech Opening New Customer Experience Center in McAllen, Texas

Company Now Accepting Applications for More than 200 Jobs Servicing the Financial Services Industry

DENVER, Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, today announced a new customer experience center in McAllen, Texas, which will initially create more than 200 jobs in the surrounding area with the ability to expand up to 600 positions. The center will officially open its doors in the first quarter of 2015, and will soon be hiring for a variety of jobs serving a major TeleTech client in the financial services industry. This is the seventh customer experience center that TeleTech has established in the U.S. in the last two years.

TeleTech's new 35,000 square-foot center, located at 1812 S. 16th Street, McAllen, TX 78503, will provide an array of customer service experience and multichannel communications services on behalf of a nationally-recognized bank. The site opening follows close collaborations with key TeleTech partners in McAllen, including the McAllen Economic Development Corporation and South Texas College.
